    excellent service but gym needs improvement

    The staff made a difference. They arranged an early check-in for us, appreciated. The breakfast spread was a good mix of options, with fresh and flavorful items every morning.

    The gym was smaller than expected, making it difficult to work out comfortably during peak hours.

    The rooms were large and air-conditioned, had smoke detectors for safety. Besides, the location was good and absolutely perfect for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Hungarian National Museum. And the area was beautiful, just next door to the pedestrian area of downtown Budapest and the centre.

    Kozmo hotel was amazin! The room was super spacious and comfy, and the breakfast spread was like a feast! Seriously loved the variety, from fresh fruit salads to delicious eggs benedict! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The spa area was a nice way to unwind after a day of exploring.

    Lovely stay with a few hiccups

    The room was nice and clean, but we had a few issues, like a broken bathrobe and not enough towels. The spa area was kinda cramped. Not what you'd expect for a luxury spot. Breakfast was overpriced and lacked decent gluten-free options. But the staff were super nice, especially the concierge who helped us out!

    The Superior Double or Twin Room was spacious and comfy. Loved the high-quality bedding and the modern design. The little touches like designer toiletries and fresh flowers in the room. Having private terrace access was a huge bonus! There was an annoying moment when housekeeping entered without knocking, a bit awkward. The ambiance was cozy and cute, really added to our stay.
